Been going back to secondary school these few days, to look at the band. I truly glad that the band is getting better and well, seem to me that I feel abit out of place when I was back in school. With all the construction going on, I almost can’t recognizes the school :\
Bye bye DnT block. I enjoyed the time, sleeping during lesson, making the wooden plane that got everyone headache :\
Bye bye Music Room, the best place through out my secondary school life — music lessons and band practices.
bye bye school hall, those performances, silent reading period and to the freaking old band storage room behind.
Ain’t too sure whether the school is gonna keep the piano… but hey, this where I started learning piano by my own with this piano (:
Oh no, not saying bye bye to dear Bev but would rather want to thank her for accompaniment to St Patrick’s alumni concert just now (: Oh, saw Orange at the concert too.
It’s hard to believe that I hadn’t seen the boys together for like 2 years? Last time I attended their concert was 2005. I see some changes but when I think of the things back in 2004 when I met them. It’s really really funny… Desmond, Rudi, Mervin, Chris, James, Hilmi etc…
Met in IRC, Met up in town, lunch, concert, their school, yada yada.
Well, God knows how is it gonna be like again in few years later.
In times we might have to leave and go separate ways for some reasons.
But when you head back in those days, how many things you wish you could do again, for the better?
the things you ignored, left without a goodbye.
